As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our valued customers. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $10-$14 per hour, plus cash tips and daily mileage reimbursement.OUR HIRING MANAGER WILL SET YOUR START PAY BASED ON:Higher start pay proof of experience, and excellent work historyMore availability higher start pay (explain to hiring MGT)ZERO past attendance or tardy issues. (explain)Must able to lift 10 to 15 poundsSafely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locationsLoad and unload packages from the delivery vehiclePlan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiencyProvide excellent customer service when interacting with recipientsCollect signatures and payments when requiredMaintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage!!Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.Report any issues or delays to the dispatch team promptly.Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks before and after shiftsHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsAssist with inventory management by reporting low stock or damaged itemsCommunicate with dispatch about road conditions, traffic issues, or other factors affecting delivery timesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicleQualificationsValid driver's license and clean driving recordMUST maintain good driving record duration of employment as delivery driverDemonstrated ability to drive safely and follow all traffic lawsReliable personal transportation to and from workAbility to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 poundsStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesProficiency in using GPS navigation systems and mobile devicesBasic math skills for handling cash transactions and mileage calculations.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsPhysical stamina to perform deliveries throughout a full shiftHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous delivery or courier experience (preferred)Familiarity with the Fayetteville, TN area (preferred)Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screeningsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyAdaptable to changing weather conditions and delivery schedulesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.This job posting is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Domino's Pizza LLC, Domino's Pizza Franchising LLC, or Domino's Pizza, Inc.
