Location : Nassau County (with occasional cases in Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn, NY)
Schedule : 20-30 hours per week | Flexible Scheduling | PTO

Position Summary
We are seeking an outstanding Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This role offers flexibility, a very competitive compensation, and an opportunity to work in a supportive, professional environment. Most assignments are in Nassau County and Queens, with some casses in Manhattan, and Brooklyn.
The RN will provide clinical supervision of home health aides, conduct patient in-home assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with our team to ensure continuity of care.
