Duties and Responsibilities: Floater Laborer Production

1. Unload Beans, cut pork, dump beans, fill in any position on pouch line, operator blender as assigned.
2. Learn additional production jobs and fill in as needed.
3. Scan all raw material using Assistics software.
4. Operate a forklift.
5. Follow all GMP's associated with this position.
6. Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communicating and helping co-workers.
7. Must complete required annual Training and required annual challenge testing.
8. Other jobs as assigned by supervisor.

Skills and Abilities:

1. Must be adaptable.
2. Must be accurate.
3. Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors, Line Techs, Lab Techs and other operators.
4. Must be able to read all MMFs, SOPs, and other work instructions.
5. Must be able to complete daily documentation accurately.
6. Be able to retain job knowledge and skills while not operating equipment on a daily basis.

Food safety is the responsibility of every employee. Any issues should be brought to the immediate attention of area supervisor or manager.

*These Physical Requirements are contingent on the job you are trained to do and required by the Supervisor. However, you must be physically able to do anyone of them.

Position Reports To: Shift Leader

Position Requirements: Must have the ability to operate a forklift and pass a company certification test for Forklift operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Hours: 2nd shift - night shift - 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

20 minutes paid lunch

This position typically follows the hours of the shift scheduled to work; however, working days may vary based on season.

Typically, Monday through Friday. Very often Saturday. 12 hours Shifts may be required during busy times.

Note: (Specific Training will be 1st shift 7am-3pm for up to 17 days)

Salary: Earn up to $ 24.37 per hour

Earn Bonus Incentives: 2nd/3rd Shift Differential -$1.00 per hour

Attendance Bonus -$0.50 per hour

1st Pass Quality Bonus-$0.50 per hour

Learning Specific Jobs and Skills which include Forklift routes, you can earn up to $ 3.58 in incentives.

2 years: Industrial Machine Operator Experience
